Dear Sewer District No. 1 User:

The fees paid for the use of the sewer facility during 2009 were allocated as follows:

     Interest                 $70.39
    Maintenance          $180.51
    Operations            $289.10
    ANNUAL SEWER CHARGE    $540.00 

It is my understanding that, as in previous years, the interest and maintenance allocations may be included as a tax among itemized deductions on income tax filings.  For more information about that, you should consult an experienced tax advisor.
